HOW TO USE MIO

1. -Place index finger pad on lower MIO button and rest middle and rest middle finger pad on uper MIO sensor. Place thumb on watch bukle of support.
2. Press down with index finger pad until heart icon flashes.
3. Wait for hear rate readout. Lisent for a beep to signal the reading is ready.Heart rate appears beats pre minute.
